Another of our offerings that is brewed entirely with whole hop flowers, we brew this once a year as soon as we can get the freshest hops available. As a result, this classic IPA can vary in flavour year to year, but you can always expect lip-smacking bitterness infused with the wonderful hop flavours of the Pacific Northwest.
