Q: Can I use my Tooth and Nail gift card for purchases online?
A: Unfortunately not.

Q: Can I use a debit card for purchases online?
A: Unfortunately not.

Q: Will you bring beer to my home?
A: Local home delivery is available Monday-Friday for any order of $45 or more to the following Ottawa postal codes: K1K, K1L, K1M, K1N, K1R, K1S, K1Y, K1Z, K2A, K2B, K2C, K2P. Orders placed by midnight will be delivered the following business day.

Q: Will you ship me beer?
A: Yes! Please use the SHIP option at checkout

Q: Can I order merchandise to be shipped with my order?
A: You can. Please note that any item of merchandise will count the same as any other item ie - beer. For the sake of shipping rates and package sizes, this is the only way we can offer merch and still use our courier system until we are able to develop a better plan.

Q: I placed an order but have yet to receive confirmation. Did you receive my order?
A: Many order confirmation emails are sent to Junk Mail folders depending on your settings. Please check all folders for an email of confirmation. If you don't see anything, call us at (613) 695-4677.
